A Hibbing Monster candidate

Having grown up close to Hibbing, I know it is not the kind of darkly wooded or deep-water place where a scary, unknown monster would like to hang out. I can't envision a hairy, grotesque, malodorous creature skulking around the Hull Rust Mines or stalking the marbled halls of the historic Hibbing high school. Then I realized - YES! There is just a creature and he was sighted in Hibbing many, many years ago. All the tourism booster would have to do is resurrect the terrifying image of ..... Mr. Bob Dylan!
