I'm pretty sure they'll really sell the stuff to you, if you want it. So it's not a hoax. Nor am I sure if it's a parody. The idea is that if you buy Heinz ketchup you're indirectly supporting Kerry, because he's married to Teresa Heinz, of Heinz Ketchup. Therefore, Bush supporters would want to use alternative ketchup, and why not W Ketchup. Kind of a political joke, I suppose. But real enough.
