I am guessing that it's a hoax. I've never heard of a colony in Antarctica, and I seriously doubt there is a such thing. I could be wrong, though.... (probably not) |

If it were real, a Google search on NADIRA would would turn something other than belly dancers. |

I must admit, however, that their currency is kinda cool, and imagine asking someone if they could break a $91 bill. |
