i watch a lot of late night tv and old crap moives. and i think i seen some of the fans out side m.nights house in other stuff. and j depp looked lioke he was takeing the piss, the picture looked like a thumb smug. but it did make me watch. andf look for a site about him, its done for the pub.
i have no idea whether it was all a hoax or what but it really brilliant.
does any1 have total proof if it was a hoax or if it was real?

After watching this twice it is easy to tell what is real and what is fake.
All "Unauthorised Interview" were fake...and yes there was alot of them.
That woman that was with Mr Shyamalan was a very bad actress, her body language gave it away.
Let's just wait until Mr Shyamalan's book comes out

all these fakes i noticed upon first watching the film,
*the black cars di ve completely smoked windows, yet kahn says they do
*some of the crows are cgi
*the boy in the mirror also looks like he is cgi as he has a defined black outline
*the following people were really bad actors:
his school teacher
the pizza man
the girl with his watch
even kahn himself has his moments
the old lady with m nights first movies
the teenage kids
the person showing them around the farmhouse (also she didnt mention it was used by m night in a movie which she would in a documentary)
etc
*the box the ouiji board is on has a cloth over it so we cannot tell if there is someone with a magnet underneath
*the guy called "raven5" on the website answers the questions too quickly
there are many more but i dont have time to list the ones i noticed

Come on guys, anyone who watched it can tell it was a mockumentary to promote 'the village'. I thought it was a very clever idea to be honest.
As the story develops, there's clips from the films that help the story of the documentary take shape. It was a hoax, but the style it was done was very true to the style of the films and very Hitchcock-esque I think.
But. seriously, couldn't you tell that it wasn't real?!?

The water link in Unbreakable and Signs, coincidental? (the real reason for this link could be a phobia like the documentary described.
In retrospect, it was another fine piece of directing by the man.

Im in Scotland when the show aired at around 1am, and i was really intrigued by it all although not sure of its true. Ive heard a lot of ppl saying it isn't but is there any certain proof? And could anyone tell me what the site was that was on the documentary. I definitely believe in having a connection with the spirits etc, so this could be true unless proved otherwise. As for it being a publicity stunt, well why does Night need to do that, I don't see why he would. comments?

Hey guys, just watched the buried secret on the uk sc-fi channel on digital television. All I can say was quite entertaining but no way real.
The reasons I believe for this are well the link been posted on the forum is definatley a big give away, but before reading the link and while watching the show everything was too convient down to the propper cliche nervous reactions that Night was showing while being asked tricky questions and the overkill with the crows, nice angle but overkill.
Also the other thing I noticed that kind of gave it away was the fact it stated it had a writer. I assume that writers generally right scripts and not many interviews or documentaries would need a script.
Don't get me wrong entertaining film and i enjoy stuff about the paranormal, but wtaching it just had way to many cliches for 'the other side' effects.

sorry i have just read something on this website i dont believe that the documentary that was named THE BURIED SECRETS OF M NIGHT SHYAMALAN was a load of rubbish because he was asked questions about his passed and he became upset and took the questions very personally so all you people who think that its a lie you need to open your eyes a bit

hi im in Australia and just watched the doco last night. Found it to be interesting but did have my doubts a little bit about certain people who were interviewd some of them acted a little bit like actors. Does anyone know for sure if it was meant to be real or not. I heard the scifi channel made a response that it was a hoax. also anyone know the website address that was in the movie?
I know a lot of you think that the documentary is

know I have some secrets of my own and if I was in him I'd do the same thing I watched the hole thing and I know some of you might not believe in all of this but I do.why?because for one all directors have things they don't want people to know.two do yourself a favor and watch the documentary again then watch his movies and see

Shamalan is my idle and the things I learn about him sometimes scare me like the close connection between Shamalan and Shaman observe his movies
Signs:just happens to have the same house that
Night lived in when he was 10 to 12 years old.
The Village:Night shows that some things are ment to be kept secret and some are ment to be heared
because even secrets kept to protect the innocent can turn into ones that will destroy them.
Sixth Sense:The kid goes to the same school as Night did when he was little and you saw the picture of Night on the documentary so no one better say it's not true and as in the movie as a kid Night was quiet smart but didn't have many friends.
I know that when Night or any of his friends see what I've written they'll say it's not true they'll cover it up well I say believe what you want to believe I do and I'm just going to say if Night didn't want anyone to know about him or believe in this stuff then he made one mistake opening my eyes to the world if anyone has a comment just post a response but i'm not giving out an e-mail adress.
