Americans still British Subjects?

This website basically says that, due to some treaties made around the time of the declaration of independence and the supremacy clause in the constitution (article 6 paragraph 2), all the land in the United States is actually owned by the British crown.

I have a hard time accepting obscure legal rulings and interpretations of points of law from someone who seems to have almost so grasp of syntax or grammar. |
