Norman Rockwell's April Fool's Day Cover
The artist Norman Rockwell was a great fan of April Fool's Day. He painted a number of April Fool's Day covers for the Saturday Evening Post. Each image contained numerous sly visual jokes and intentionally misplaced items. The challenge for the viewer was to see how many of the items they could identify. The picture to the left is probably the most famous of these covers. Click on the image to see a larger version of it.
